Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Digital Commerce or related field OR equivalent practical experience\nMinimum of one (1) year experience in eCommerce, retail, or related field \nFamiliarity with digital marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify)\nBasic understanding of digital marketing concepts \nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong customer service orientation\nMulti-tasking abilities and good time management\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, (MBA or Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing or eCommerce preferred)\n3-5 years of progressive experience in eCommerce or digital retail\nA proven track record of growing online revenue and implementing successful eCommerce strategies and scaling eCommerce initiatives\nExperience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms \nProficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools \nUnderstanding of API integrations and technical architecture \nRemote/freelance work experience (preferred) \nCandidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)\nExperience with data entry and inventory management systems\nBasic understanding of SEO principles\nComfortable learning and adapting to new software platforms\n\nStrong project management and prioritization abilities \nExperience managing relationships with vendors and technology partners \nBudget management and financial planning expertise \nDemonstrated ability to develop and execute omnichannel strategies \nStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution \nExperience in P&L management\nStrong presentation and public speaking abilities \nProblem-solving and critical thinking skills \nWhat to expect...\n
Schedule:\nMajority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.\nCompensation:\nRate starts at $5 per hour\nPayment is made via Deel\nEquipment:Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n
