eCommerce Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a e-Commerce Support Specialist to join us at our facility in Łódź, Poland.

The e-Commerce Support Specialist will manage the day-to-day execution of our eCommerce storefront. In this role, you will work closely with sales operations, customers, and distribution partners to drive adoption and usage of Axalta’s eCommerce storefront.  The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 support by addressing and resolving issues that Level 1 support could not resolve, ensuring minimal disruption to order processing.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing for new systems or updates to ensure they meet business requirements and function as expected before full deployment.eCommerce Storefront Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the eCommerce storefront, ensuring seamless and efficient order processing from start to finish. Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and work to continuously improve the user experience.Automation and Touchless Order Processes: Promote and implement automation strategies for touchless order processes, helping customers transition from manual to eCommerce ordering. Collaborate with regional sales teams and distributors/importers to drive adoption and ensure that customers are maximizing the benefits of the platform.Data Analysis and Reporting: Use reporting tools and Google Analytics to track site performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and gather customer feedback. Leverage data insights to recommend and implement site enhancements that improve overall functionality and user satisfaction.

Key requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in Salesforce.com and SAP is an asset, particularly in order processing. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and integration processes.Proven project management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering results on time and within scope.Competent in data analysis, with the ability to interpret site performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.Solid understanding of business fundamentals and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to eCommerce operations
