eCommerce Web Analyst

At Home is looking for an eCommerce Web Analyst to join our growing eCommerce team! This person will gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns, then make recommendations for business actions. They will summarize website behavioral & transactional reports for review by executives, managers, and stakeholders. This person will own the eCommerce teams analytics requests, create reports & dashboards, find friction points in the customer's journey, and provide supporting data for the A/B testing program & the Optimization Analyst. .Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior, navigation patterns, page performance, and conversion funnelsEstablish dashboard and reporting standards for the entire eCommerce team focused on KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, etc.)Partner closely with Ecommerce senior leadership to determine business opportunities to improve revenue and/or profitabilityManage strategic direction of all site tagging. Partner with Development and QA teams to ensure accuracy and qualityProvide data-driven insights to increase overall site conversion and improve performance and customer experienceEducate teams in web analytics and create self-service analytics reporting cultureWork in partnership with Merchandising, Marketing, User Experience, and Finance teams to make recommendations specific to their business needsPlay a pivotal role in the site A/B testing strategy and subsequent analysisCommunicate to both peers and executive leadership opportunities for site improvementsPartner cross-functionally with peers who may analyze store performance, finance, merchandise and planning, and logistics to ensure learnings are applied to the area of largest impact
Qualifications and Competencies3+ years of relevant web analytics experience is requiredProficient knowledge of Adobe Analytics, and tagging, is required. Experience with Adobe Launch/DTM is preferredExperience with retail analytics with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiencesThe problem-solving mindset with experience in diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving data quality issuesStrong analytic, quantitative, and data interpretation skills, and ability to transform data into actionable insightsPresentation skills are a mustKnowledge of digital marketing initiatives is preferred (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, Display)Working knowledge of Power BI is a plus but not requiredWorking knowledge in SQL, R, or Python is a plus but not required
