Job Description Ensure timely installation and restoration of client circuits (EG/SG) within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with internal support teams and external vendors/contractors to deliver efficient customer service.Responsible for 24/7 incident and event management for last-mile network infrastructure. Key duties include:
Rapid Response & Restoration: Promptly addressing incidents/outages, ensuring timely restoration within SLAs for facilities and customer equipment (CPE).Operational Readiness: Maintaining readiness for B2B operations, wireless mobilization, work at heights, and disaster response.Resource Dispatch: Immediately dispatching resources for restoration to minimize customer impact.Troubleshooting & Resolution: Identifying and resolving faults, coordinating testing, and closing tickets.Preventative Maintenance: Recommending preventative maintenance solutions.Mentorship: Guiding and mentoring engineers on escalated issues.Premium Client Support: Ensuring service quality for premium clients through circuit familiarization, audits, and hardening recommendations.Vendor Management: Dispatching and overseeing vendor partners for last-mile support, ensuring SLA adherence.Cable Plan Compliance: Ensuring compliance with cable plan review and approval processes.Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with LGUs, building administrators, TowerCos, and customers for permits and access.Safety Compliance: Ensuring team members comply with safety training and medical requirements.Coordination with other teams: Collaborating with OPS/ANM for vendor rigger support for work at heights.Customer Collaboration: Working with customers and their vendors for testing and circuit isolation.Equal Opportunity Employer
