Ecosystem Program Marketing Manager
IBM
The Ecosystem Program Marketing Manager for Build Partners (startups, ISVs, SW development companies, companies with commercial solutions) will be responsible for the activation, engagement, and growth of partners that embed and build commercial solutions with IBM AI (watsonx) technology: support ISVs community engagement and growth thru marketing activities, find new routes of growing the ecosystem of new partners thru distributors' recruitment and activation tactics, leverage the venture capital opportunities and collaboration for reaching out startups to embed IBM AI technology, gather and leverage feedback from partners to optimize IBM Partner Plus program, create and adjust marketing programs that support partners’ growth, support the partners inclusion as an audience in IBM's marketing strategy and tactics.

Revenue growth of engaged partners
Ecosystem Program Marketing Manager:Understands ecosystem and partnership models: mainly Independent SW Vendors, SW development companies and startups, to engage and co-sell/ go to market with them.Manages Ecosystem’s global growth, scaling what’s working, doubling down where growth exists, and experimenting with new concepts where growth is slow.Works as part of an agile squad and team to rapidly improve the partner experience, constantly piloting and globally scaling new ways to engage.Innovates in approaching different tactics to grow the partners embedding and building with IBM’s AI technology and become advocates of IBM.Able to work as part of a complex and multicultural team, working alongside sales, product marketing, offering teams, other program managers.Is passionate about technology, mainly AI and what it can do - eager to help others benefit from what’s possible.Translate business objectives into world-class marketing experiences with committed outcomes for the business.Is eager to get things done and takes accountability for success and learnings.
This is a hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times per week.
