Ecosystems & Community Section Manager

We are now looking for an Ecosystems & Community Section Manager to join our newly created RBU (Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden). In this role, you will join the Analytics & Innovation team and report to the Analytics & Innovation Director. 

How you can contribute and have an impact?

Facilitate internal and external innovation ecosystem to create and improve ideas.Innovation Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of innovation within the organization and with external partners.Ecosystem Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including startups, academic institutions, industry partners, and internal teams.Idea Generation and Improvement: Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and other activities to generate and refine innovative ideas.Collaboration and Networking: Create opportunities for collaboration and networking among internal teams and external partners to drive innovation projects.Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources (financial, human, technological) to support innovation initiatives.Knowledge Sharing: Promote the sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and success stories across the organization and with external partners.Innovation Culture: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging employees to think creatively and take calculated risks.
 

What we look for:

Proven experience in innovation management, ecosystem facilitation, or a related role.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.Fluency in English, other local languages are considered as an advantage.Innovation management.Community management.Contract management.Innovation funding.Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Creative, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for driving change and fostering innovation.
