- Assess and track student progress, offering constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- ECT Qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
Desirable:
A valid driving license (preferred but not essential).
