**Description**
Position Overview: Executive Director, 360 Marketing, Skincare, Estée Lauder North America
We are seeking a strategic Executive Director to lead integrated, omnichannel marketing for Estée Lauder Skincare. This role will drive consumer engagement across creative, digital, retail, influencer, and experiential channels, ensuring a cohesive brand experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-funnel marketing, data-based decision making, a passion for beauty, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Insights:
+ Lead omni-channel CRM strategy for acquiring and engaging consumers, driving new product sales.
+ Develop and operate the consumer journey for EL Skincare.
+ Create fiscal Commercial Innovation plans based on consumer insights.
+ Develop and deploy annual Media Briefs, recommending media spend.
+ Manage consumer analysis to uncover insights and opportunities.
360° Campaign Development:
+ Lead development, execution, and optimization of integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
+ Lead brainstorms for Commercial Innovation programs.
+ Support planning against NPLs to drive net extra.
+ Oversee omni-channel marketing plans, providing detailed direction for each channel.
+ Create integrated 360 GTM Campaign Toolkits.
+ Develop cohesive campaign narratives across channels.
+ Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with brand vision and consumer insights.
+ Oversee multi-channel content creation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Work with Media, Comms, Creative, Trade Marketing, Sales, Online, and Education teams to integrate planning and execution.
+ Serve as a marketing liaison across departments.
+ Lead seasonal sell-ins to retailers and field teams.
Category, Promo, and Pricing Management:
+ Drive 12-month Skincare NPL marketing calendar.
+ Align and own the 3-Year Skincare strategy for NA.
+ Oversee new launch forecast ambitions and key hero priorities.
+ Develop seasonal Merchandise Financial Plan.
+ Manage category assortment, profitability, pricing, and sku productivity.
+ Lead pricing process for Skincare.
Brand & Consumer Experience:
+ Ensure brand identity at every consumer journey touchpoint.
+ Use consumer insights to refine strategies.
+ Monitor consumer sentiment and competitor activity.
+ Media, Influencer, & Partnerships Strategy:
+ Partner with agencies and direct partners for category plans.
+ Own brand media brief for Skincare and create media plans.
+ Collaborate with influencer marketing team.
Analytics & Reporting:
+ Monitor and evaluate marketing initiatives' performance.
+ Use data and performance analytics to guide future strategies.
+ Financial & Budgetary Management:
+ Direct A&P investment strategy for Skincare.
+ Track and report on budget performance, adjusting as needed.
+ Evaluate new investments and key launches with finance.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
+ Experience: 10-15 years in beauty or CPG marketing/brand management. Proven success in leading 360° marketing campaigns and strong experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and consumer engagement.
+ Skills: Expertise in full-funnel marketing, strategic thinking, project management, analytical thinking, financial management, and launch experience. Strong leadership, talent development, and ability to lead through influence. Data-driven with strong communication and creative thinking skills. Adaptable with a positive, growth mindset.
