Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Level EDA Infrastructure Engineer to join our EDA team in Santa Clara, CA. The EDA team is responsible for managing the EDA tools license and compute resources, ensuring optimal performance and availability for our engineering teams.

What You Can Expect

Manage and maintain EDA tools licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization.Oversee the compute resources, including servers and storage, to support EDA tools and workflows.Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of EDA tools.Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to EDA tools and infrastructure, providing timely resolutions.Implement and maintain automation scripts to streamline EDA tool management and resource allocation.Evaluate and recommend new EDA tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on EDA tools and best practices.Develop and maintain documentation for EDA tools and infrastructure processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in EDA infrastructure management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.Experience with license management tools and techniques.Familiarity with high-performance computing environments and resource management.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

93,720 - 140,400, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model in which you will be able to split time between working from home and on-site in a Marvell office.
