About this opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking an EDAV (Ericsson Device & Application Verification) Testing Engineer to join our team in delivering IOT (Interoperability test) services. This role requires expertise in multivendor verification, spanning across multiple domains rather than being limited to a single area. As an EDAV Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering contracted services with a focus on customer satisfaction, while maintaining and developing our lab's capabilities to ensure optimal system functionality.

What you will do:

Execute IOT testing services for customersServe as the primary customer interface for EDAV service requirementsHandle IOT test case clarification with Global IOT competence centerManage escalations to project manager during emergencies or urgent situationsGenerate and clarify IOT test reports with customersConfigure and maintain lab network as first-line supportEnsure proper maintenance and development of lab capabilitiesMaintain customer relationships

The skills you bring:

3+ years of experience in Telecom or similar industryStrong knowledge of Mobile Radio Network Architecture and ProtocolsProficiency in TCP/IP, Linux platform, and x86 ServerDynamic and self-driven professional attitude with Mobile Network technology expertiseExcellence in teamwork and communicationStrong customer relationship management skillsFluency in both Mandarin and English
