RN Supervisor / Supervising Community Health Nurse – full time – Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association (Troy Office)
Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association has an opportunity for a full-time RN Supervisor / Supervising Community Health Nurse to manage a team of RN home health care managers. This individual will work as a member of our leadership team, coordinating closely with other nursing, rehab and SW supervisors, as well as with other department supervisors for support functions. The RN Supervisor role coordinates with scheduling and the nursing team to meet patient needs.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. The Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of a team of home health RN care managers who are each managing a caseload of patients. The Supervisor participates in hiring and mentoring RNs for growth, responds to calls from physicians/ patients/families, manages a wide range of reports and processes, and coordinates with other teams/departments.

Pay Range: $38.75 - $53.40
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
