Our industry-leading research expertise, run on a world-class experience platform, enhanced with unique data, leads to faster, richer and more reliable outcomes.  \n \nWe are seeking a seasoned North America sales leader to drive new commercial growth of our new software subscription offerings. \n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\n\nCollaborate with Edge leadership to craft and implement a global sales strategy aimed at expanding our DaaS offerings, with a focus on identifying high-growth opportunities, target customer segments, and competitive differentiation.\nDrive revenue growth by leveraging expertise in Data as a Service (DaaS), combined with Generative AI applications in the human experience domain, to achieve 50%+ annual business expansion.\nDemonstrate a proven ability to influence and close high-value, seven-figure deals across global markets, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term value creation.\nConsistently deliver outstanding client experiences, particularly for large-scale contracts, by fostering trust, exceeding expectations, and driving results.\nCultivate a high-performing, innovative sales culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and the sharing of best practices.\nExhibit a strong grasp of commercial acumen, including deal structures, pricing strategies, and profitability metrics.\nChampion a mindset of continuous improvement and transformation, guiding teams to adapt and excel in a rapidly evolving AI + Data market landscape.\nLead and support sales teams through change, inspiring confidence and driving success in times of transformation.\n\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\n\nAs a founding member of a new team within Edge, there is tremendous potential to grow. \nAbility to own strategic initiatives with executive exposure/ sponsorship that have massive organizational impact for one of the major multi-year bets at the company. \nBe the thought partner and stay current by exploring new AI opportunities and advancements in B2B and XM space. \n\n

Things You’ll Do

\n\nLead a team of 10 North America Account Executives (Enterprise and Commercial/Midmarket) across all verticals \nCoach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning/development.\nRecruit, retain, and nurture your team of experienced sales professionals with high potential and strong performance history.\nProvide skill training and mentoring on complex sales motions, including collaboration with legal, product presentations, juggling multiple relationships with internal teams, and quarterly sales forecasting.\nInterface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects at all levels of an organization.\nDisplay a systemic approach to handling meaningful contract negotiations/deals with multiple reps at a time.\nDevelop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Qualtrics' solution offerings including strong competency in Artificial Intelligence/\nMaintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in building win-based proposals and pricing.\nServe as an executive sponsor for deals\nMaintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in determining win-based proposals and pricing.\nDevelop and maintain positive relationships with other functional areas internally at Qualtrics, e.g., Professional Services, Implementation, Subject Matter Experts, etc, to ensure a collaborative approach\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n\nMinimum of 15+ years of experience in software subscription sales and commercial leadership responsibilities (second level or higher)\nStrong commercial proficiency with SaaS and Data management technologies \nProven experience in leading large-scale, diverse and global sales functions \nBachelor's or advanced degree in business, sciences, technology or engineering.\nComfortable in a fast-pace, unstructured, and highly competitive environment\nExceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills\n\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\n\nWe work with a team of highly motivated, ambitious individuals.
