EDI Assistant

Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a EDI Assistant.
**What you’ll do:**
**PRIMARY FUNCTION:**
This is a dynamic learning position that is responsible for EDI order mapping and maintenance to ensure order flow and EDI outputs.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
Responsible for IDOC management which includes but is not limited to failed, new and cumulative.
Run ZDELFOR report in order to be able to pinpoint any error codes.
Find any cumulative issues and process ZMAK orders to meet the current demand.
Search and upload any cross reference errors and upload them to a shared database.
Coordinate with the customer service team in order to maintain the part number tables to fix any ZEDICHECK errors and in turn minimize the amount of incoming IDOCS failing due to the same error.
Run and maintain a ZDELORD report to be able to create outgoing deliveries per customer and a VA05 report which includes any ZEDICHECK item caught by the system which will be kept on standby until the part number is changed to meet the customer’s criteria.
Re-process any IDOC which has already had the error code worked on either by the EDI administrator or customer representative and improve team effectiveness by assisting in any inquiries regarding EDI and its processes to maximize customer representative response time and help build rapport with our customers.
**Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree or in process.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• SAP knowledge and understanding of upgrades, maintenance and installations.
• Experience with SAP tools and administration
• Excel skills for business
