  Position: eDiscovery Application Analyst IV Location: Remote Department: Department of Justice Compensation: $135,000 to $145,000 or $115/hr-$125/hr C2C Purpose of the Role: The eDiscovery Application Analyst IV is responsible for overseeing multiple technical areas within the eDiscovery environment. This role ensures the efficient processing of Electronic Stored Information (ESI) and the smooth upgrade and integration of litigation support tools to promote efficiency. Key Responsibilities/Duties: + Advanced ESI Processing: Handle sophisticated processing of Electronic Stored Information (ESI) into multiple systems, including manual file manipulations and conversions. + Systems Upgrade: Design and implement action plans to update litigation support tools within the established technical environments. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively participate in Change Control Board Meetings to ensure optimal implementation of new tools. + Testing & Validation: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts to guarantee the successful rollout of software upgrades. Validate the performance and efficiency of new software enhancements. + Integration & Efficiency: Integrate different legal systems to enhance workflow efficiency. Achieve this by developing scripts, generating advanced queries, and introducing automated workflow concepts. Minimum Qualifications: + Experience: Minimum of nine (9) years of professional experience, with at least six (6) of those years being focused on tasks related to ESI Processing or the upgrading and integration of technical systems. + Software Proficiency: In-depth experience with Relativity software. Knowledge of file manipulation applications, scripting, and the eDiscovery industry is highly beneficial. + Education: An undergraduate degree is preferred. Additionally, certification in an eDiscovery program or related software package (such as Concordance, Relativity, Clearwell) would be advantageous. Education/Experience Substitution: Candidates possessing a relevant certification and 9 years of applicable exempt experience can be considered in lieu of the standard education and experience requirements.
