The primary responsibility of a Review Senior Manager includes supervisory execution of Consilo’s review service offerings. Review Senior Managers are responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of services and fulfillment of clients’ requirements and expectations. Review Senior Managers also play a critical role in the development, training and mentorship of Review Associates, Review Senior Associates and Review Managers.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Responsibilities:
· Manages the quality of supervised reviews as determined by the client and or outside counsel’s experience
· Responsible for the supervision of multiple Review Associates and Managers across projects, process adherence
and effective collaboration with clients
· Utilizes experience to provide consultative recommendations regarding: training materials, workflow, use of
analytics to enhance review, quality management and deliverables
· Demonstrates expertise in our process and offerings
· Assists Review Directors with fostering and managing client relationships
· Participates in client meetings, client pitches and assists in the sale of services where appropriate
· Manages Known Performance Indicators to ensure profitability targets are met
· Maintains and evaluates quality, productivity and key financial metrics for each project supervised
· Creates and maintains positive and productive work culture

Achieving a utilization target of 70% of total time on revenue generating work Achieving a utilization target of 65% for Review Senior Managers acting in a Review Center Lead capacityMaximizes matter level margin of supervised projectsEnsures high quality work product and positive client experienceEffectively manages review teams; identifies and trains new talentSeeks opportunities to gain additional industry experience and knowledge QualificationsMinimum Education Requirements:
JD, and admission to and good standing in a state bar, are required
Minimum Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years eDiscovery or law firm experience either within or outside of Consilio
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, with emphasis on verbal and written client communicationDemonstrated excellence in team managementShows proficiency in utilizing review databases including but not limited to Relativity
