Summary: Seeking an EDM Operator/CNC Machinist with expertise in wire EDM and hole popping machines for precision part production and department leadership.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience with wire EDM machine setup and operation Proficiency in using measurement devices such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, etc. Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Ability to analyze blueprints and engineering drawings

Preferred Skills:

Experience in ISO 13485 and/or AS9100 regulated facilities

Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate wire EDM machines Lead activities within the EDM department Ensure parts meet tight tolerance specifications Perform complex tool changes and offsets Verify programming accuracy through initial part machining

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
