What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

Optimize and standardize reports for stakeholders.Improve internal and external administrative processes.Analyze EDM market indicators and update sales managers.Coordinate retail and VIN list reports, aligning with finance for consolidation.Collect and consolidate monthly/quarterly reports.

Lead office support for the EDM fleet department:

Research market data for campaigns.Ensure timely, quality reports.Manage fleet claims.

Support EDM Business Development Teams:

Develop sales reporting systems.Optimize sales processes.Handle internal controls with a focus on current environment.Maintain strong relationships with importers.

Manage fleet support tasks:

Implement Fleet VM support.Approve and track Fleet Policy requests.Coordinate with importers, finance, and sales.Collect and integrate reports from importers.EDM Fleet Analyst creates deals in MPS2 system.Provide administrative support to Fleet Manager and Sales Managers.Maintain EDM databases and prepare ad hoc reports and analyses.
