You will provide 24/7 support for existing applications, ensuring high availability and performance to meet business needs. Your role will involve analyzing and presenting results from software initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy. You will continuously innovate and improve software processes and applications by exploring and integrating the latest technologies and industry best practices.
