Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking for an EDSP Business Coach to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers that means third-party operated Delivery Station which uses Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country. We’ve started 2025 with 110 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 13 different partners and 2025 plan is to more than double the number of nodes, improving even more the capillarity of the program in our continental country.
The EDSP Business Coach is responsible for the relationship with the EDSP partners providing coaching regards to key metrics for improvement, escalations and rollouts of program initiatives. The Business Coach is also responsible for quality improvement and drives business reviews to improve each partner’s experience and results. Responsible for ensuring mid long-term capacity with high effort during peaks.
Key job responsibilities
. Maintain and manage relationships with approximately 6 EDSP partners, serving as main point of contact and handling partner escalations.
. Provide coaching for partners on key performance metrics, guiding them on improvement opportunities and initiatives.
. Drives Monthly Business Reviews with the EDSP partners: analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and track/report on key metrics.
. Manage capacity planning for peak period to ensure capacity requirements on each partners’ nodes.
. Drive quality improvement processes and implement quality enhancement strategies.
. Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos.
