Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking for an EDSP Communications Coordinator to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers that means third-party operated Delivery Station which uses Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country. We’ve started 2025 with 110 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 13 different partners and 2025 plan is to more than double the number of nodes, improving even more the capillarity of the program in our continental country.
The EDSP Communications Coordinator will be the single source of truth for EDSPs and strategic partners and for our internal stakeholders. Responsible for mechanisms to communicate to EDSP partners, and tracks the success of the communication through engagement and sentiment metrics.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop communication strategies and mechanisms for EDSP Program, creating and distributing partner and stakeholders communications.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring consistency of information across channels.
• Analyze communication effectiveness, monitor engagement metrics, generate performance reports and recommend improvements based on metrics.
• Enhance stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience in Logistics and Transportation
