EDSP Service Level Standard Coord, AMZL EDSP

Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking for an EDSP SLS (Service Level Standards) Coordinator to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers that means third-party operated Delivery Station which uses Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country. We’ve started 2025 with 110 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 13 different partners and 2025 plan is to more than double the number of nodes, improving even more the capillarity of the program in our continental country. The EDSP SLS (Service Level Standards) Coordinator will be responsible to improve Service Level Standards goals by proposing program measures that respond to partner feedback. Will implement VoP (Voice of Partner) and other mechanisms to gather EDSP partners’ feedbacks. Shapes compliance as a continuous, process-led activity through tech & audits. Key job responsibilities - Analyze current SLS performance metrics, develop and propose program improvements. - Lead Partner feedback management with the implementation of Voice of Partner (VoP) program for EDSP. - Analyze partner feedback data and create actionable insights based on facts. - Design EDSP improvement initiatives and create measurement frameworks to monitor its effectiveness (including benchmarks with other geos). - Oversee continuous compliance processes, conduct and manage audits. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Speak, write, and read fluently in English Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in program or project management - Experience in Logistics and Transportation.
