Could you be the full-time Data Project Manager in our dynamic team based in Bangalore we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates.

You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and big data specialists to deliver a wide variety of projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Reliability and Safety domains), develop project plans, and drive deliverables, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of leading resources located in multiple locations towards a common deliverable, but also communicate and influence audiences of various levels and diverse backgrounds.

We’ll look to you for:

Managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing and planning to meet roadmap goals and objectives

Leading without formal authority and working both independently and in team environments

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to listen to customer needs and translate into actionable solutions

Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting


All about you

Engineering or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field, or equivalent work experience

Experience in data project management and working with customers

Minimum 12+yrs of experience

Knowledge of Railway, Signalling, or Traffic fields

Familiarity with Data Science modeling techniques

Basic Software skills and knowledge, including at least one coding language and software release management

A Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile project management certification (desirable)

Knowledge about software product design and requirement management (desirable)

Knowledge of Agile Methodology and related implementation (desirable)

Fluent in English; French is a plus
