McGraw Hill is seeking an experienced and strategic Educational Consultant to manage our sales territory across Bogota, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving performance in your assigned region. You will focus on acquiring new business, as well as cross-selling and upselling to existing clients. Your Contribution to the Team Includes: Offer professional development services to the K12 sales team, as well as teaching training to K12 adopters. Proactively implement strategies to grow revenue through the development of new and existing business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing customers and prospective clients through onsite meetings, telephone calls, and emails. Demonstrate superior customer relationship management skills by fostering long-term relationships with both end users and key decision-makers. Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively selling McGraw Hill K12 products within the assigned territory. Deliver presentations to decision-makers in educational institutions, providing insights on McGraw Hill’s K12 products. (Academic presentations are expected.) Maintain accurate and timely tracking and forecasting of sales in Salesforce. Stay up-to-date with McGraw Hill products, platforms, and capabilities to ensure you are delivering the best solutions to your clients. A Successful Candidate Will Have: At least three years of sales experience in educational publishing or EdTech services (or significant experience in educational administration or leadership within the K12 sector). Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English. Proficiency with CRM databases and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). A strong understanding of the use of technology in educational environments, including familiarity with platforms and curricula. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals. Travel Requirements: 75% - 100% Outside Sales Desired Attributes: A strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
