Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will analyze learning requirements for medical imaging products and define online training strategies for our customersYou will author training content in English and implement online trainings that will be used globally using Articulate StorylineYou will exploit the possibilities of classical e-learning tools and formats, and evaluate the use of more interactive learning formatsYou will maintain a network of subject matter experts and external service providersYou will provide the project structure and manage all project stakeholders focusing on output and deadlinesYou will communicate effectively and proactively with project stakeholders and managersYou will contribute to continuous improvement of the learning experience for customers as well as of our tools and processes, e.g. new requirements for the learning management systemYou will also contribute to ensuring that the content development processes meet Siemens Healthineers quality standards

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed a master’s degree in the field of education, media, instructional design, e-learning or similarYou have initial experience in designing and implementing classical e-learning formats (PDF, video, WBT), but you also know what it takes to develop more interactive learning formats (simulations, serious gaming etc.)We also welcome applicants with a bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training and further education, combined with additional professional experience in this fieldYou have first experience in e-learning project management and managing external vendors for multimedia production, e.g. organization of video shootsYou are familiar with tools such as MS365 Suite with special focus on designing content, Articulate Storyline, Simulation tools and digital twinning solutions (e.g. 360 degree videos), video creation and processing (e.g. Camtasia, Photoshop) and MS speech or other Voice-over Tools (e.g. supported by AI)
