Pay ranges from $22 - $26 per hour depending on multiple factors, including specific location, individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities   

The Education Coordinator is the right hand to the Virtual Center Operations team. You will schedule teachers and students, greet them as they arrive for their sessions, and collaborate with centers. The Education Coordinator is often the first point of contact between C2 Education, teachers, and our students. This role is vital for students and the success of the center.   

Manage virtual lobbies and class schedules to effectively staff sessions     Provide a welcoming environment for parents and students.   Ensure delivery of C2 Education programs and initiatives in alignment with our mission statement.   Call prospective families that have expressed interest in C2 Education services and arrange for a diagnostic test/conference at a local center.   Provide administrative support including answering phones and creating/managing schedules with students and teachers.   Review and monitor all students’ academic progress.  

Schedule 

Saturdays 2:00 – 7:00 pm (5 hrs)   Sundays 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (4 hrs)  Mondays 1:00 – 9:30 pm (8 hrs)  Tuesdays 1:00 – 3:00 pm  (2 hrs)  Wednesdays 1:00 – 3:00 pm (2 hrs)
