Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality practices and outcomes.Proven experience in leadership roles in an Early Childhood setting with leadership skills to guide, mentor, and support educators, fostering continuous improvement (min. 1+ year in similar role desirable).Excellent communication skills for working with families, educators, and external agencies.Experience planning, implementing, and assessing high-quality educational programs.Commitment to reflective practices, feedback, and ongoing professional learning.Familiarity with National Regulations and effective use of technology for documentation and planning.
