This customer-facing role will support partnership related administrative tasks including evaluating, onboarding, and maintaining of accurate records for client partners and assisting with adhoc data, event requests, and media collection related to education products and programs. This analyst will participate weekly in several zoom meetings, and engage daily in written team communication. **For Prospective and New Partners:** + Export and organize submissions from prospective partners + Collect submission data for reporting + Provide messaging, routing, and follow up to inquiries interested in different education products and programs + Collect and organize sponsorship engagement requests + Assist in new partner onboarding including collection of partner media kits, getting their student test account via Honor Roll + Create new partner records in Edutools including adding their main contacts, offer urls, logos and support contact information **For Current Partners:** + Guide existing partners through renewal processes + Assist in escalated partner support tickets that require contacting third party partner contacts to resolve + Maintain accurate contact list from partners with quarterly survey deployment and updating in internal systems + Manage the collection of partner media to be used for cross promotion + Support swag fulfillment of partner engagements + Assist in volunteer program for partnered events **Skills and Qualifications:** + Motivated to continuously contribute to users, team, and company's success + Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting that evolves frequently + Excellent time management and organizational skills + Enjoy helping others, finding solutions, and overcoming roadblocks + Ability to notice emerging trends and improvement opportunities, think creatively, and brainstorm solutions + Thrive as a team player, and enjoy working regularly with other Education teams + Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal **$31.00 per hour** We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, arrest, and conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
