**Position Summary**
Working closely with the Executive Director of Education, this position supports the development and implementation of educational initiatives within the Department of Population Health Sciences. The role involves creating strategic proposals, detailed project plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to both support the development of new programs and enhance existing ones. Additionally, the position includes gathering and analyzing student and program data, generating comprehensive reports, and developing visuals and presentations to inform decision-making. This role will also support, and lead projects aimed at improving student engagement and overall experience, focusing on new on-campus employment opportunities, academic support programs, and student well-being initiatives. The goal is to ensure the success of educational programs, enhance student engagement, and contribute to the overall educational mission of the department.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with the Executive Director of Education to design and develop comprehensive proposals and plans that align with institutional goals and support new educational initiatives.
+ Establish clear timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective tracking and measurement of initiative success.
+ Collaborate with programs to lead projects aimed at improving student engagement and overall experience, focusing on new on-campus employment opportunities, academic support programs, and student well-being initiatives.
+ Gather and analyze student feedback from multiple sources, including surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms, to better understand student needs and experiences
+ Track key performance metrics such as enrollment rates, graduation rates, and student satisfaction to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
+ Generate detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership to inform decision-making regarding educational programs and student experience improvements.
+ Present data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in student engagement and academic support.
+ Create visual materials and communication tools to promote educational programs and initiatives, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all students.
+ Monitor the impact of implemented initiatives through continuous tracking and analysis of key metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
+ Supports other educational projects as directed.
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
+ Master’s Degree Preferred
**Experience**
+ Minimum of 5–7 years of experience, preferably in higher education
+ Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Poficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
+ Ability to analyze data and assess program effectiveness
