As an Education Sales Consultant at Crimson Global Academy (CGA), you’ll be the first person potential families interact with, setting the stage for their entire experience with us and helping us maintain and build our reputation as the world’s most ambitious school.

ROLE

Remote / Hybrid

Location: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore (or others countries within the Asia timezone)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Professionally and persuasively executing our sales process in a timely manner to discover needs and position CGA’s value proposition accordingly

Prioritizing and communicating with new leads via phone, email and messaging platforms to initiate sales consultations

Continuously improving sales techniques and developing industry knowledge to help educate our Sales and Marketing team on local market needs and trends in the education space

Ensuring that sales data is accurately managed on SalesForce and sharing feedback and insights with our Sales and Marketing team

Working with the Marketing team to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase in leads and sales

Sourcing potential organizations and markets for lead generation/partnerships

Generate referrals from networking, building new relationships and nurturing existing customer relationships

RESULTS

Achievement of agreed upon new and repeat monthly and annual sales targets

Timely collection of payments

Achieve re-enrolment targets by working collaboratively with our service team


REQUIREMENTS

Sales experience with consistent track record of quota achievement

Persuasive communicator in verbal and written English and Mandarin

Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time

Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Leader

A passion for delivering outstanding services throughout

Being familiar with salesforce is a plus

High learning agility and growth mindset – comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
