Promotion of Apprenticeship programSupport recruitment and onboarding processes of fresher ApprenticesMaintain the equipment in the workshop and labs.Maintain records of Apprenticeship training.Conduct upskilling & reskilling training for existing workforce.Desired qualification & experience
NCVT /Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Trade with 15 to 20 years of experienceAbility to read, explain and wire complex electrical circuitsKnowledge of product testingBasic Fitting KnowledgeExperience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of machine toolsKnowledge of Safety practices.Knowledge of Motor, Transformer windingKnowledge of Power electronics
