We are keen to appoint an excellent, highly motivated and enthusiastic Educational Support Assistant to our school. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to further develop their professional skills with a highly effective team.  This position will encompass working 1 to 1 with SEN pupils

We are looking for someone who:

Has the resilience, patience and drive to work with SEND pupils Has a caring and nurturing attitude towards children with complex needsIs dedicated, energetic and proactive, with the vision and motivation to inspire othersIs creative in their approach to children’s learningHas excellent interpersonal skills, and works well in a teamIs warm, good humored and can communicate and engage effectivelyIs able to communicate effectively and empathetic with parents of SEND pupilsIs keen to progress further by attending and sourcing SEND trainingIs efficient and organized with paperworkCan work effectively in partnership with the SENCO and other agencies
