Find your purpose at CentraCare as an Educator in our Orthopedic Unit at the St. Cloud Hospital. As an educator you will be responsible for staff development within the orthopedics section. This primarily includes Bone and Joint Center staff, but also includes needs that arise at other CentraCare Health facilities or within SCH. Support the learning needs of the health care team by providing opportunities for the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and behaviors in view of advancing technologies, changing healthcare delivery systems, expanding nursing roles, and nursing research.
Schedule:
Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks Monday-Friday | Shifts vary between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.Pay and Benefits:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in nursing required. Master’s degree is preferred. Three to five years of clinical experience. Demonstrated skills of organizational management, leadership, communication and clinical expertise. Experience in teaching and/or staff development required. Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required. National certification in related area (Orthopedics, Geriatric, Rehab, Med/ Surgical, staff development) required within 2 years.
