Essential Qualifications:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent)

Current and valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)

First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training

Essential Skills & Attributes:

Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children

Understanding of developmental milestones and needs of children

Ability to design, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate programs

Strong communication skills for liaising with children, parents, and team members

Team player, adaptable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills & Knowledge:

Familiarity with the National Early Learning Framework

Understanding of quality standards in early childhood education

Respect for diverse cultures, families, and individual needs

Proficiency in digital documentation of children's learning and development

Previous experience in roles like Educator, Assistant Educator, or Childcare Assistant is a bonus
