Roles and Responsibilities
· To Lead engineering young talents program in China, including program overall operation, mechanism optimization, training course/content design, colleague life cycle management, connection with local engineer team, global communication, etc.
· To develop engineering young talents in the organization, building solid talents pipeline for China engineering team. Help and support young talents growth via frequent communication, coaching, rotation, etc.
· Working as learning business partner for China engineering team, provides expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing training solutions for a business or function. Focused on technical training essential for a particular business or function, and does not include Leadership Learning, which falls within HR. Includes trainers and coordinators whose main task is to deliver the training content or make logistical arrangements for training programs.
· May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
Required Qualifications
· This role requires significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Training Design and Delivery. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
