This position consists of performing EEG’s, ECG’s, Holter’s, and assists in Bronchoscopy’s. This individual will also be responsible for ECG’s in Intellispace and overseeing the ECG process within the ECG computerized system (Intellispace); set up and cleanup of each of the jobs listed above; and look up orders and occasionally chart. Frequent on-call responsibilities including weekends and possibly some week days. Other duties as assigned. 

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:  Registered EEG Tech, ABRET, ECG experience, or other similar experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred along with good computer skills. 

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY:  BLS certification required.

Aptitudes:  Ability to achieve cognitive, organization and emotional maturity to deal effectively with multiple tasks, stresses, deadlines, difficult situations and/or customers.  Possesses interpersonal/communication skills necessary for effective, non-judgmental, and empathetic patient care and customer relations.  Open to feedback and open to a changing environment, which requires flexibility in scheduling and department assignments.  Able to read and write in order to complete medical reports and basic arithmetic is required.
