Under close supervision, receives training and instruction in performing electroencephalographic examinations and/or epilepsy monitoring. Learns to perform electroencephalographic examinations on patients of all ages. Keeps equipment in clean operating condition. Compiles and forwards charge slips for billing purposes as required. **Responsibilities:** + Receives training and instruction in the form of performing electroencephalographic examinations on patients in the laboratory or at the patient's bedside and Intensive Care Units. + Applies suitable electrodes on predetermined measured positions and selecting appropriate montages. + Calibrates and adjusts equipment. + Observes patients with video and digital recording equipment.
