eepoint Product Project Manager

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in our eepoint global support network by supporting the product team in managing various eepoint releases, documentation needs, adoption processes, and assist with overall eepoint product planning and management initiatives. You will have the opportunity to grow your project management, system, quality assurance and training knowledge, as well as your business acumen.

Other responsibilities include:

Manage small patch deployments. Facilitate the adoption of new technology. Plan and oversee the rollout of product features. Assist in client specific feature adoption. Provide support to client teams by answering questions and troubleshooting issues. Assist the development and management of overall product plans across initiatives. Help prepare and maintain release notes for various software releases. Plan and execute test plans for eepoint and ESS version specific releases. Oversee the creation and maintenance of specifications documentation. Develop and manage regression test plans for software supported by the eepoint team, including eepoint, ESS, State Tax Tool, ESS Dashboard, Command Center, and Document Manager. Work with eepoint L&D leaders in coordinating end-user training and preparing training documentation. Act as a champion of the eepoint product. Develop a trusted analyst relationship with developers and product manager through effective communication and efficient and clear requirements and testing.
