EF Prime Program Manager, Amazon

We are looking for a talented Program Manager to support our External fulfillment programs in Latam. In this role, you will work to build solid programs to support out network of external sellers. You will work directly with leadership, operations, selection, sales, seller experience and a variety of internal and external partners to ensure the best sellers experience possible and to enable channels growth. The right candidate will act fast, while influencing partner teams and working harmoniously with all stakeholders. The has to advocate for what is best for sellers/customers and have ownership combined with analytical skills to make sure to fix root causes. As this position is for a manager, it is also key to have demonstrated people management/development skills. Key job responsibilities - Manage External Fulfillment (EF) Programs across Brazil and Mexico markets, including strategy development, execution, and optimization - Partner with senior stakeholders to build and execute strategic roadmaps and initiatives, driving program growth and business goals- Establish and monitor performance metrics, conducting deep-dive analyses to implement short and long-term solutions - Own end-to-end program management, including daily operations, tracking and reporting, forecasting, escalations, and performance monitoring - Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and scalable solutions, working across Operations, Transportation, and Legal teams - Deliver regular performance updates and maintain effective stakeholder communications at all levels - Lead cross-functional projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives - Conceptualize and drive program changes. Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Fluency in English and Portuguese Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
