Join our External Fulfillment (EF) Seller coaching team as a Specialist focused on driving seller success and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer experience with seller needs while demonstrating strong ownership. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring world-class seller experience in one of Amazon's fastest-growing and highest-impact initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive operational coaching via email and phone
- Guide sellers to meet EF Program Rules and performance standards
- Support sellers to increase their selection to enable sales growth
- Proactively educate sellers on best practices, drive features adoption, and perform deep dives into operational pain points.
- Identify and address operational bottleneck, collaborate with Operational Excellence and Program team to address issues
