Role:   The role of the EFT Manager is to manage the electronic funds transfer programs ensuring the integrity of both member and credit union assets and that all processes are in compliance with applicable rules & regulations. Summary of Responsibilities: + Assists EFT Team in daily workload adhering to Service Level Agreement timelines. Monitors department queues, instant messaging, email, and telephones to ensure the workload is balanced over all team members. + Manages all processes relating to the ACH program to ensure compliance with all internal procedures, NACHA rules & guidelines, and both Federal & State agency guidelines.   + Manages all processes related to electronic payment channels including but not limited to: Online Banking, Bill Payments, Funds Transfers, SWBC Loan Payments, & Wires. + Addresses/resolves escalated service/technical issues and monitors related reporting; ensures integrity and compliance of department services. Review, act on, and develop various reports as needed to successfully monitor and track department progress. + Direct, train, develop, motivate, hire, and discipline department personnel; administer performance goal setting/achievement and recommend appropriate personnel action. Ensures EFT Team members adhere to established Service Level Agreements. Hours:  + Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm + Remote work is available after 90 days (Hybrid). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   Experience: Five to eight years of similar or related experience Education: This position requires obtaining and maintaining Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or equivalent certification.
