EH & S ANALYST III

This includes the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures and practices consistent with TE, environmental and government regulations. 【Purpose】
Lead and conduct the company EHS related management activities (risk control, audit, crisis management, etc.) with the objective of complying with the EHS standards within TE corporate quality systems, policies and procedures; and relevant local regulations.

【Job description】
Policies and Procedures
Localize and implement the global EHS related policies and procedures; review the safety acceptance standards for new equipment, and LOTO, risk control terms; develop and monitor the implementation of occupation health control plan; establish & drive the implementation of corporate social responsibility terms (incl. health & safety, ethics, environment, etc.) in order to ensure the business procedures in line with S.A.F.E. and global standards.
EHS Standards
Identify and assess the suitable EHS laws and regulations, renew the site  procedures or WI if needed, and share new requirements to all relevant dept., tracking effectiveness of all requirements implementation in order to ensure compliance with plant operations.
EHS Risk Management
Develop and monitor the implementation of EHS risk assessment plan; review and evaluate the EHS risk control plan; consolidate and release the EHS risk management dictionary in order to ensure proper level of EHS risk control.
Overall non-routine task management.
EHS Inspection / Audit and Monitor
Develop and monitor the implementation of the internal/supplier EHS system and process audit plan; coordinate the external EHS audit activities; and summarize the corrective action report, and drive the implementation; initiate and organize the legal compliance activities (incl. governmental/3rd party agency's licenses and certification application, periodically company EHS performance report submission and EHS related assessment) in order to comply with internal and external EHS standards. Develop and monitor the implementation of the internal/supplier EHS system and process audit plan; coordinate the external EHS audit activities; and summarize the corrective action report, and drive the implementation; initiate and organize the legal compliance activities (incl. governmental/3rd party agency's licenses and certification application, periodically company EHS performance report submission and EHS related assessment) in order to comply with internal and external EHS standards.
Corrective Action Follow Up
Participate the investigation of EHS accidents/incidents and provide technical suggestions and follow up the implementation of the corrective actions; and follow up the implementation of the corrective actions to audit findings in order to meet the EHS management requirements.
EHS Performance Evaluation
Develop and release the EHS Performance Evaluation report to the TE Global EHS team in order to achieve the company's requirement.
EHS Training
Establish and maintain the site-specific EHS training metrics or plan, provide appropriate training course to different positions, include the EHS training of site level to new staffs.
EHS Crisis Management
Design and develop the EHS crisis management program (incl. fire/chemical/explode accident, occupation health, etc.; organize the development and drill of emergency plan in order to have proper mechanism on EHS crisis management.


【Job Qualifications】
Bachelor's degree in Environment, Safety engineering or related field.
At least 5 years MNC experience as EHS role, especially on safety.
Certified Safety Engineer is preferred.
Fluent English skill reading and writing.
Ethics, integrity and team player.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with relevant authorities and 3rd party.
Advanced knowledge of legal requirements and best practices regarding safety, health and environment.
