Job Summary:
Maintains our facilities and EHS regulations to improve our business. Responsible for leading maintenance systems, overseeing the continuous improvement of the distribution process and executing long-term strategic plans, managing the Factory’s Capital Expenditure.   Maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, and rebuilding, in compliance with EHS regulations.

What you will do:   

 Control and manage plant safety environment.  Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and safety regulationsEnsure proactive readiness to prevent hazards from fireOversee and control maintenance, inspection, and testing for all of the fire safety equipment and systems, keeping records and certificates of compliance.Provide state-of-the-art Security Protection for employees and the business, inclusive of the maintenance of security software and hardware. Work closely with manned security to ensure alignment with Plant Facilities' security goals and objectives.Oversee the resources responsible for the maintenance, testing, and inspection schedules to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility.Facilitate the maintenance process to maximize the life of equipment and reduce the risk of failure.Provide leadership to the team responsible for the e day-to-day planning and efficient utilization of space in running the facility.Review daily reports and act on escalation issues.Review the help desk log periodically to understand trends affecting building occupants. Put mitigation plans in place to correct this. Ensure business continuity plans in place are current.Oversee office churn process to minimize productivity disruptions.Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, site visits, and repairs.Coordinate projects as they relate to facilities and EHSOther activities and responsibilities as assigned.Provides leadership and guidance to facility occupants on matters impacting HSES, security and property risk management.Provides strategic updates to senior leadership on major capital project progress. Influences senior leadership on matters concerning the future viability and growth of facility requirements.  

What you will bring: 

3-5+ years of experience in facilities management, safety, security, maintenance, and space management.Advanced university degree (e.g. MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.Advanced PC and organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and communication skills.Be able to create and maintain a strong relationshipEngages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach and teamworkDeveloping BudgetsExcellent Strategic Planning and leadership abilitiesProblem-solvingTechnical UnderstandingKnowledge of environmental, health & safety practices and regulationsKnowledge of Lean ManufacturingGood knowledge of English languagesAbility to communicate with clarity, both verbally and in written form

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $60,000- $80,000

 Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
