ERM is seeking a motivated Consulting Associate/Senior Associate to join our growing Sustainable Operation service practice in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will be a contributor to a team developing and growing ERM’s Sustainable Operation business.

ERM delivers a wide range of services including strategy development aligned with sustainability risks and opportunities, policy/regulatory analysis, peer benchmarking, operating model and organizational readiness, and action planning around core sustainability topics such as climate change/GHG emission reduction and circular economy.

We help clients, including global companies in O&G, chemical sector, electric and natural gas utilities, financial institutions, and process industries in general. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to play a key role working with an expert consulting team on leading-edge climate advisory projects for Fortune 500 and privately held clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical assistance on EHS compliance, sustainability, site investigation, and due diligence transaction projects.Support the development of EHS compliance and management system programs.Provide general EHS compliance support to clients, including on-site assistance as needed.Support Phase I environmental site assessments to support property transfer transactions.Conduct environmental field work, including groundwater, soil, sediment, and surface water sampling and ecological field studies.Conduct inspections to verify EHS compliance at client sitesPerform multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:

BS in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or related discipline.  Masters a plus; OR equivalency of 1-2 years related experience.Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports a plus.Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
