The Role - What’s the job?

As an EHS Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will play a key role in promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.

Develop and implement EHS programs and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on EHS-related matters, fostering a culture of safety and responsibility. Participate in risk assessments and help implement control measures to mitigate identified risks. Coordinate and conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS policies and regulations. Support the site 5S initiatives through scheduling audits and reporting results, to be accomplished through assembling and working with various department teams. The EHS Coordinator will work within a team environment to develop and conduct EHS trainings for employees, contractors, and vendors to ensure awareness and compliance with EHS policies and regulations.
