Job Description
Develop, implement, and drive accountability for EHS initiatives, aligning with corporate policies, improving processes, and fostering an incident-free workplace. Establish a visible presence to mentor teams, monitor safety practices, oversee EHS staff, and develop talent while promoting a culture of safety excellence. Manage incidents, conduct investigations, ensure compliance with audits and regulations, and implement strategies to mitigate unsafe conditions and behaviors. Analyze safety and environmental data, track KPIs, and report trends to address risks, ensure compliance, reduce violations, and enhance overall safety and environmental performance. Work with HR, finance, management to align training, audits, and risk management strategies while maintaining robust communication and strong relationships across departments. Assess engineering team performance metrics and relay necessary items to increase utility to the factory.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41.00 - $52.88
