Work with HR, finance, and senior management to align training, audits, and risk management strategies while maintaining robust communication and strong relationships across departments. Assess engineering team performance metrics and relay necessary items to increase utility to the factory. Essential Skills + Advanced knowledge and training in lean manufacturing principles, 6S, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. + Advanced regulatory knowledge of EPA, OSHA, state regulatory requirements, and industry standards, including ISO 9001, ISO, and OHSAS. + Proficiency in electrical engineering. + Expertise in OSHA regulations. + Strong root cause analysis abilities. + Leadership and responsibility in EHS roles. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in regulatory compliance. + Capability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment. Work Environment Industrial Manufacturing Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $52.88 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
