This position is responsible for overseeing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices and facility management. This role ensures compliance with regulations, implements safety protocols, and maintains facility operations. Key duties include conducting safety inspections, managing facility maintenance, and promoting a safe work environment.

EHS ManagementImplementation on EHS management systems (GSSF & ISO14001 & ISO45001).Keeping up with changes in regulatory compliance issues and implementing changes as required in our facilities.Develop EHS procedures and work instructions.Conduct EHS committee meeting and tracking all meeting minutes.Support Incidents investigation with owners, EHS inspection analyzing and communicating EHS statistics to management team.Meeting government, BW global and the third part, communicate EHS requirements in team and track result.Ensure that EHS inspection and audit programs are in place to identify and address potential hazards and/or unsafe behavior to prevent injuries, illnesses and property damage. And track until closure.Monitor and collect each department EHS data (such as: incidents, findings, lost days), and report to management teamDevelop EHS training plan, and ensure all level’s employee get EHS training.Conduct evacuation drill or other emergency response drill which is required by legal and EHS system running.Hold various EHS activities to improve employee EHS awareness and creating EHS culture.Communicate with government (such as Environment, Safety, Occupational health, and fire department) regularly about EHS issue.Be designated and responsible for assisting the site manager in implementing safety & health programs and the site safety and health plan.Responsible for new, renovation and improvement projects of Facility and Utility Systems, work on all steps including pre-construction, on construction, as-built acceptance and after handover period;Monitor and make good control of projects to ensure safety and quality, meanwhile meet budget and schedule objectives;Check contractor fabrication quality and provide guideline for modification if necessary;Follow up with contractors and vendors to verify process and quality of construction.Facility OperationsOversee the day-to-day management of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements.Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services.Ensure proper maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.Manage facility budgets, including planning, forecasting, and cost control.
