EHS Inspector + **Location** Tan Uyen, Bình Dương, Vietnam + **Job ID** 0000022647 + **Category** Hourly **Job Description** As an EHS Inspector, your role is vital in supporting the broader organization, coordinating with respective stakeholders, assisting in the implementation and maintenance of safety programs. Your contributions help ensure that safety protocols are followed, risks are minimized, and the organization maintains a safe working environment for all employees.Are you ready to join the LEGO Group? **Core Responsibilities:** + Work in shift, be a EHS contact point and the initial responder in daily operation, incident and emergency cases. + Execute and monitor EHS procedures, adhere to Global EHS Handbook and Global Machine Safety by conducting daily Go Look See, safety inspection, early detecting potential hazards, work with respective stakeholders to handle EHS observations, findings, near miss in systematic approach, supporting risk assessment, ergonomics assessement. + Implement policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace, perform as an Incident Handler, incident evaluation, support investigating accidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence. + Operate the occupational health management programs including Health Checks; First aid equipment, PPE, emergency respond equipement in coordination with the relevent stakeholders and Nurse team. + Record keeping: perform and ensure EHS Training records (internal and external) but not limits , PPE delivery records, Health records (to work with Healthcare team later), ISO audits for IMS Audit realted to EHS; inspection records (by internal or external parties) following legal and IMS rerquirements. + Perform administrative works related to EHS demands: arranging EHS training sessions, raise ePR/ PO for approval, complete GR in Coupa and other applicable systems; prepare documents for MSG/ EHS validation in terms of EHS. + Maintaining and analyzing records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies. + Other assignments based on the operational context. **Do you have what it takes?** + Graduated from College + At least 03 years experience in EHS Professional at multinational manufacturing companies. + Engineering or occupational heath and safety background + Proficient in MS Office + Data oriented + Be able to work in team + Be focused + Open minded to learn + Time management + Communication skill + Conflict Management skill + Interpersonal skill + Adaptable and flexible + Be proactively in work + Intermediate level in English + Certification of ISO 45001:2018; ISO 14001:2015: internal auditor or awareness \#LI-NN1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
