We develop and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world!DescriptionDescriptionThe EHS Lead is responsible to manage the environment, health and safety training & programs for Content & Events Productions. Specifically, the EHS Lead will work closely with key stakeholders overseeing EHS training, compliance, & program development. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the culture, business practices, business needs, and workflow of the entertainment industry. Overall scope includes: Training Development - Evaluate the existing Environment, Health and Safety training portfolio for Content & Events Productions for compliance, effectiveness, and quality. Coordinate production employee EHS training. - Aligning with regulatory requirements and EHS Training standards for Content & Events Productions, evaluate training requirements for job roles based on hazards, risks and compliance requirements. Communicate and prioritize Content & Events Production training needs to the Global Training Lead. - Implement safety communication programs addressing specific employee and employer concerns through interpersonal and written communication, and training. - Evaluate production concepts, scripts, pitches, etc., for production training needs. - Prepare internal content for accreditation with external training trusts or industry training cooperatives. - Drive value through improving safety culture via increased safety training completions and reducing injuries. - Collaborate with subject matter specialists to define and create technical content and measure training outcomes. Program Development - Develop and maintain corporate EHS compliance programs for Apple productions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as training trusts and industry training cooperatives & safety organizations, representatives and governmental regulatory agencies as appropriate. - Assist in the development of data analysis and reporting of EHS information. - Manage toward short and long-term program goals with an emphasis on achieving results. - Manage environmental, health & safety consulting services as necessary. - Develop and distribute the Production Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), and other production safety and environmental guidelines. Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, science, or relevant fieldKnowledge of applicable Federal, regional and local fire/life safety, health & safety and environmental regulations (Fire Codes, OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, etc.) and experience acquiring associated permits3+ years of experience in training or education that might include administration of content through a learning management system, delivering in-person or virtual instruction, creating content for online training, curriculum management, or instructional designExperience in the industry or have worked in the BU at Apple. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $120,500 and $181,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
