EHS Manager

Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:

● Oversee environmental compliance efforts for the manufacturing business.
● Partner with manufacturing business leaders to identify, prioritize and manage EHS risks.
● Utilize experience and EHS technical expertise to assist co-workers at all organizational levels with ad hoc problem-solving and issue resolution.
● Engage in open and honest dialogue with co-workers at all organizational levels in order to encourage a positive safety culture and establish a proactive approach of bringing forward issues, concerns and suggestions.
● Conduct EHS audits and inspections to monitor safety performance and compliance with standards. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation and reports.
● Provide and/or coordinate EHS training.
● Ensure regulatory reports are completed and submitted in an accurate and timely fashion.
● Oversee incident investigations and partners with cross-functional team members to manage post-Incident and Worker’s Compensation processes.
● Collaborate with functional EHS team to develop and continuously improve company EHS policies, procedures and training programs.
